The Chetrit Group and JDS Development are reaching for new heights (and then some) with plans to construct Brooklyn’s future tallest tower.
The two developers recently filed plans for the 73-story building at 9 Dekalb Avenue, which would house 500 rentals units and a mix of commercial and retail space on the building’s lower floors. The project will have to secure approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, however, as the tower’s base would rest on the rear portion of the landmarked Dime Saving Bank of Brooklyn.
