Architect Karl Fischer, who is especially active in Brooklyn, is serving as the architect of record.

Property records show Abra purchased the property, as well as the adjacent parcel at 421 Bond Street, for $5.5 million in 2013.

Dillenberger declined to comment, while Fischer could not be reached.

Abra Construction also developed a nine-story, nine-unit condominium building at 83 Walker Street in Tribeca, according to StreetEasy.
