The 140-foot-tall, 74,170-square-foot building will have 47 apartments. Each of the second through 14th floors will have three to four units, And The Rooftop Will Include A Private Terrace for the top-floor apartments, according to the filings. Morris Adjmi Architects is serving as the project’s architect, while Stribling & Associates will market the apartments.

GPB closed on the purchase from developer Nicholas Cammarato late last year, according to a contract of sale filed with the city in July. It’s not clear how much GPB paid for the site and Bocchi declined to say. Cammarato was asking $30 million for three vacant parcels at 211-215 Schermerhorn Street.
