The Morris Adjmi design is done. The plans are approved. The next missing piece in the planned condominium conversion of a five-story Noho building? The developer. 

Blumenfeld Development Group put the 19th-century commercial building at 41 Great Jones Street on the market for $21 million.

Last year, the developer filed plans to convert the building, which is in the Noho Historic District Extension, and secured approval for its plans from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, Curbed reported.

The Adjmi design would allow for two duplexes and a triplex. It would expand the building into six stories with 13,333 square foot of total space, according to reports. Construction was to begin last November, but did not.

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the property, which comes with approved plans. A representative would not comment to Curbed about the reason for the sale.
