New York’s largest post-production firm will set up shop in Ivanhoe Cambridge’s 1411 Broadway.

PostWorks will sublease two floors, just under 50,000 square feet, from Nine West at the 40-story office building near Times Square, through April 2027.

The firm will leave a space at 100 Sixth Avenue in Hudson Square, the New York Post reported. It also has offices at 609 Greenwich Street and at 110 Leroy Street, which are adjacent, and also located in Hudson Square.

JLL’s Amanda Bokman, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Clark Finney and Kevin West represented Nine West in the transaction. A team from CBRE represented Ivanhoe Cambridge.

Montreal-based Ivanhoe bought Blackstone Group’s 49.9 percent stake in 1411 Broadway back in 2012, paying $360 million. The Swig Company owns the remainder.

Nine West also recently subleased 50,000 square feet to Republic Clothing Group, 57,000 square feet to Basic Resources, and another 45,000 square feet to Authentic Brands Group. [NYP]Ariel Stulberg
