It takes time to sell a pad — even for Austrian royalty.

Princess Alexandra Schoenburg-Hartenstein sold her two-bedroom, two-bathroom, full-floor co-op at 14 East 68th Street for $2.7 million.

Unit D at the six-story, 10,320-square-foot building was listed early last year for $3.2 million, and went through several price cuts, whittling down to $2.65 million, Curbed reported. Kevin Matuszak bought the third floor apartment last November, according to Curbed.

The apartment in the six-unit limestone building near Central Park features 10-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, according to StreetEasy.

The princess is not without shelter, however. She and her husband, journalist and publisher Taki Theodoracopulos, also own a maisonette co-op at 720 Park Avenue, which she paid over $3.8 million for last summer, Curbed reported.

Sotheby’s International Realty’s Anne Aransaenz had the listing, according to the New York Observer. [Curbed and NYO]Dusica Sue Malesevic
