They’ll still be two lost souls, but swimming in different fish bowls.
Legendary Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters has deeded his Soho pad to his ex-wife Laurie Durning following news of the couple’s split, public records filed with the city Thursday show.
The transfer values the two-bedroom, 1,515-square-foot property at 35 Wooster Street at $1.75 million, a 20 percent bump over the $1.45 million Waters paid for it in 2005, documents show.
But all real estate is not lost for the British rocker, who still holds title to the glitzy townhouse at 157 East 61st Street the couple once shared. He bought that property from design guru and former Coach executive Reed Krakoff for $15 million in 2007. Waters and Durning also reportedly own a $16 million mansion in Bridgehampton.
A spokesperson for Waters could not be reached for comment.
The former couple, who dated for 10 years before marrying in 2012, called time on their relationship last year without explanation.
Durning branded the “Dark Side of the Moon” singer an “asshole” in court while finalizing their divorce proceedings late last year, claiming he’d illegally held on to her $35,000 Rolex watch. The marriage was Waters’ fourth.
