With construction at the project underway, ODA New York has released new renderings for Eliot Spitzer’s massive Kent Avenue development on the Williamsburg waterfront.
The updated renderings, which were first discovered by 6sqft, offer a closer look at the megaproject’s three 22-story buildings. The images also show one of the development’s two rooftop pools perched high above the planned waterfront esplanade, with a public park running between the Spitzer Enterprises-developed buildings.
When completed, the project will have a combined 857 units, 20 percent of which will be allocated for affordable housing. It will sit just south of Two Trees Management’s Domino Sugar factory conversion, where more than 2,000 new units will hit the market.
