March was a record-breaking month for Park Slope.
A Romanesque Revival-style townhouse hit the market at $15 million last month, a price tag that makes it the neighborhood’s priciest and Brooklyn’s second-most expensive single-family home if it sells. The current record is held by a Cobble Hill home, which sold for $15.5 million in 2015. Brooklyn’s second priciest listing last month was an $8.5 million townhouse in Park Slope, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.
Meanwhile in Queens, the top listing was a Jamaica Estates home with a $5.5 million ask.
