From Luxury Listings NYC: After attempting to rent it out in September for $11,500-a-month, actress Jessica Chastain has decided to list her duplex co-op at 250 Mercer Street for $1.8 million. According to the listing, the pre-war apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, city views, a wide circular staircase and a closet with “double height proportions.” [more]
