Villino Giulia in Rome was built on the edges of the Spanish Steps in the 1920s. Since then, it has become one of the most prized landmarks in all of Rome. And now, it can be yours for $22.4 million.
Spread over six floors and 7,910 square feet, the residence can be entered at the foot of the Spanish Steps between shops and near the Keats-Shelley House on the Piazza di Spagna. It features a 320-square-meter garden that climbs all six levels, terraces and a fountain, according to the New York Times.
The Rooftop Terrace has 360-degree views of the city and the dome of St. Peter’s.
Below the building, a low passage leads to the storage caves and wine cellar. There are three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, as well as kitchenettes on three floors–and of course, lots and lots of marble.
