Here were April’s priciest new listings in BK, Queens
A Park Slope home topped the list at $11 million

A Park Slope home owned by the same family for nearly a century hit the market last month for $11 million, making it the priciest single-family listing in April.
The townhouse, at 104 Prospect Park West, was built in 1899 and designed by Axel Hedman, a Brooklyn architect known scores of row houses and apartment buildings in the borough. The mansion has since been gut renovated, the New York Post reported, but the home retains its neo-Renaissance design.
Meanwhile in Queens, the most expensive new listing for a single-family home was a penthouse at The View at East Coast in Long Island City, according to listing service Point2 Homes. The 2,108-square-foot condo hit the market for $5.6 million, coming in slightly higher than March’s top listing — a stately Jamaica Estates home listed for $5.5 million.
