These were the top home sales in BK, Queens in April

March came in like a lion in Brooklyn with a $5 million townhouse sale. April was a bit tamer, with a $4.3 million home as the biggest ticket sale in the borough.

A Carroll Gardens townhouse sold for $4.3 million, the borough’s top single-family home sale for the month, according to data provided by listing service PropertyShark. It was closely followed by a Gravesend home, which sold for $4.2 million.

In Queens, a Hunters Point townhouse sold for $3 million — the same price as March’s priciest home sale.
