As the Real Deal previously reported, a Romanesque Revival-style Park Slope townhouse designed by Charles Pierrepont Henry Gilbert will soon hit the market for $15 million, or around $1,800 a square foot. That makes it the priciest homes in Brooklyn. And if the property, located at 838 Carroll Street, sells for full ask, it would be the second-priciest single-family property ever sold in the borough. Here is a look inside and at the somewhat harrowing renovation effort.
