Katherine Salyi, a protégé of Nest Seekers International’s Ryan Serhant, has spread her proverbial wings, jumping to Prime Manhattan Residential, the firm said Monday.

Salyi, who appeared on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing: New York” alongside the reality TV star and top residential agent, launched her real estate career four years ago after working in title insurance. To date, she has brokered more than $120 million in real estate deals.

“For me, it was about growing my business and my skill set,” Salyi said, referring to the decision to strike out on her own.

Of her former boss, she said: “We have a great relationship. I was with him for four years and he was very supportive” of her decision to move on, she said.

Her husband, Josh Salyi, is also joining Prime Manhattan as a commercial broker.

Serhant, who has heavily promoted Salyi on TV and social media in recent years, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Salyi and Prime Manhattan president Robert Dankner said they crossed paths last fall when Salyi was representing the seller of 148 Reade Street in Tribeca and Dankner brought the buyer. The 6,800-square-foot townhouse sold for $15.9 million in November 2015.

“We’re not in the recruiting business per se. It came about organically,” Dankner said.

Flatiron District-based Prime Manhattan started as a tenant representative commercial firm 20 years ago and launched a residential division eight years ago. Today, the firm has five residential and 12 commercial agents.

Dankner declined to disclose the firm’s sales volume, but said its bread-and-butter residential business is comprised of properties between $4 million and $12 million. “The vast majority is Downtown, not by design, but it’s just where [business] seems to be,” he said.
