Last week, The Real Deal‘s New York Real Estate Showcase and Forum drew a crowd of 4,000 dealmakers to the Metropolitan Pavilion. The second panel of the day focused on the major shifts in the commercial market, and how developers and brokers are changing their game plans accordingly.
On stage were Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler, WeWork’s Artie Minson, RKF’s Robert Futterman and TerraCRG’s Ofer Cohen, as well as TRD managing web editor Hiten Samtani, who moderated the panel. The four industry insiders offered their opinions on co-working, the potential leveling out of retail rents, and how the office market is adapting for millennials.
