The first of five towers at Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group’s Hudson Yards development officially opened its doors this week, signaling the birth of New York City’s newest neighborhood.
Luxury retailer Coach is already moving the first of 1,400 employees into 10 Hudson Yards, where developers and city officials gathered yesterday to celebrate the opening of the 52-story office tower.
By 2025, the developers will have spent a combined $20 billion on Hudson Yards, making it the largest private real estate development in America.
