They may be living in one of the most exclusive apartment buildings in the world, but recently that hasn’t made life easy for the residents of 740 Park Avenue.
Though three of the building’s renowned duplexes are currently on the market with price tags ranging from $22.5 million to $32.5 million, the Upper East Side co-op has suffered enough unfortunate incidences in the past few years to put any buyer off. From fires to theft to the building itself falling apart, the billionaire residents have certainly had their share of “first world problems.”
