This week, Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management unveiled plans for an enormous rental complex at the former Rheingold Brewery site in Bushwick. The 1 million-square-foot, 800- to 900-unit development will be roughly the size of a full city block and brimming with amenities, including an 18,000-square-foot park that runs through the building’s center.
It’s not the only development slated to hit Bushwick, however. The Real Deal compiled a list of 10 upcoming projects that are transforming the area. From the creative office space of Toby Moskovits’ “Bushwick Generator” to the bowling alleys of Punch Bowl Social, Bushwick is quickly becoming one of Brooklyn’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
