Despite a slow holiday week, luxury buyers signed 24 contracts on Manhattan pads priced at $4 million and up last week, according to Olshan Realty’s latest weekly market report.

For the week of June 27-July 3, the total weekly asking price sales volume was $208.7 million with an average asking price of $8.7 million. The average discount was 6 percent, with an average marketing time of 267 days.

The No. 1 contract was a 73rd floor unit at the Rafael Viñoly-designed 432 Park Avenue, asking $33.75 million – up from 2013’s floor plans, which priced the unit at $29.75 million. Measuring just over 4,000 square feet, the unit has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a library.

The No. 2 contract was a 19.5-foot wide house at 33 West 71st Street, asking $13.995 million, down from $18.5 million in November 2014. With 8,500 square feet, the five-story house has six bedrooms, an elevator and rooftop terrace with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. It was last bought for $6.225 million in 2013 and gut renovated.
