A two-story Gravesend home sold last month for $11.4 million, making it July’s most expensive single-family home sold in Brooklyn.
The home, located at 1993 East 5th Street, spans 3,720 square feet and was built in 1925, according to PropertyShark. The sale was a drop from June’s biggest ticket sale, which was a $7.1 million townhouse in Brooklyn Heights.
In Queens, the priciest home sold in July was a property in Malba that sold for $3 million.
