From Luxury Listings NYC: Officials for the long-delayed Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center finally revealed renderings for the project today, which should open in 2020 and is estimated to cost $243 million to build. Legendary entertainer Barbra Streisand was also announced as the chairwoman of the center’s board. [more]
