It’s a little bit of Brooklyn by way of the Long Island Expressway. The Nets’ new coach Kenny Atkinson just bought a home on Edgewood Road in Quogue with his wife Laura for $2 million, according to 27East. The traditional-style cottage, sitting on a half-acre lot, has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Atkinson, a Long Island native, was tapped to be the head coach of the Nets in April after a stint with the Atlanta Hawks. [27East] — Cathaleen Chen
