It finally feels like fall, so obviously you should be enjoying the leaves and sea air in a former windmill. All you’ll need is $2.4 million.

It looks more like a movie set than a real home, but there it is: a shingled home that once functioned as a windmill dating back to 1886. Located in Little Compton, Rhode Island, the state’s southern tip, the home was designed by Providence architects, Stone, Carpenter and Wilson.

The five-bedroom main house is on the market for the first time since it was built, according to Curbed. It features 180-degree vistas out to the Atlantic Ocean, Bas-relief sculptures and inscriptions by Rhode Island-born artist Sydney Burleigh. There is also a second house on the property, built in 1933.

Mott and Chace of Sotheby’s have the listing. [Curbed]Christopher Cameron
