The Ascend Group picked up a trio of properties on the Lower East Side including the former Bialystoker Nursing Home for $47.5 million – more than double the price they traded for last year.

The development firm helmed by Rob Kaliner bought the properties at 226, 228 and 232 East Broadway from an LLC managed by Turtle Bay Partners principal Jon Goldberg, property records filed Thursday with the city show.

Goldberg bought the properties at the corner of Clinton Street and East Broadway for $17.96 million in August 2015, property records show.

The financially troubled nursing home shut its doors in 2011. The landmarked Bialystoker building is eight stories tall and spans more than 44,000 square feet. The adjacent Dora Cohen Memorial Park office building next door is four stories tall with about 16,000 square feet.

Kaliner and Goldberg did not return calls for comment.

Kaliner earlier this year sold a gut-renovated West Village townhouse for $23.3 million.
