Three of the five most priciest new listings in Brooklyn in October were 19th-century townhouses.

The top listing was a four-story, 4,016-square-foot brownstone at 527 Third Street in Park Slope, listed for $7.75 million ($1,930 a square foot). The four-bedroom home, built at the turn of the century, was gut renovated, and comes with a wine cellar, a private gym and a 3,600-square-foot garden.

The priciest listing in Queens was a three-bedroom penthouse at the 18-story View at East Coast in Hunters Point. The 2,108-square-foot apartment at 40-60 Center Boulevard was listed for $5.5 million, or $2,609 per square foot, according to data provided by PropertyShark. It features a wraparound terrace with sweeping Manhattan views.
