The Real Deal is heading into the final day of our second U.S. Real Estate Showcase and Forum at the Jing An Shangri-La in Shanghai, which will get off the ground with a workshop on buying homes in North America at 11:30 a.m. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.

Following is lunch at 12:30 p.m., then an in-depth discussion on getting into the top American schools at 1 p.m. At 2:30 p.m., the U.S. Immigration Fund will officially launch sales for HFZ Capital Group’s condominium at 76 11th Avenue. Immigration Opportunities (navigating programs available in the U.S.) is the last panel of the day, at 4 p.m.

In case you missed it, a panel of top U.S. developers discussed what a Donald Trump presidency could mean for Chinese investment. Another group of panelists argued why the EB-5 visa program could continue to thrive under the President-elect.
