Spotify is reportedly in talks for space at One World Trade Center and Four World Trade Center.
The Swedish-based music-streaming app has been on the look for 300,000 to 350,000 square feet in New York City, The Real Deal reported in September. Now, a team of JLL brokers is negotiating on behalf of Spotify for space at Four World Trade Center and One World Trade Center, the New York Post.

The latter has 435,641 square feet available on the full 65th to 75th floors. The building also has 69,157 square feet available on the 87th and 88th floors. Four World Trade Center has nearly 500,000 square feet available. Condé Nast is the building’s largest tenant.
