The restauranteur behind such New York staples as Cafe D’Alsace, French Roast, Le Monde, Maison, Nice Matin, Pigalle, L’Express and Five Napkin Burger (among others), has just listed his townhouse at 121 East 79th Street for $18.5 million, according to city records.
