What a semi-charmed life he must lead. Leo Kremer, former bassist for 90’s band “Third Eye Blind” and current co-owner of burrito chain Dos Toros, and his wife Lauren have bought an apartment at 355 East 19th Street for a hair over $3 million, according to city records.

The 2,000-square-foot Gramercy apartment has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It features private elevator access, an outdoor balcony, garden views, oak floors and a smart home system. The brand new condo was originally listed for $3.15 million.

Kremer and Lauren listed their slightly smaller condo at 407 East 12th Street in the East Village for $2.15 million in September and according to StreetEasy it is currently under contract. Its last listing price was just short of $2 million.

Kremer played with “Third Eye Blind” from 2006 to 2008, and started Dos Toros with his brother Oliver in 2009. When asked why he made the transition from musician to burrito king in a New York Post article from 2011, he replied: “If you grow up in the Bay Area, you basically have a doctorate in burritos.”
