From Luxury Listings NYC: First he bought it. Then he listed it. And now it seems as though actor Mike Myers has already sold his Tribeca apartment — just one month after he first snapped the place up.
Myers paid $14.6 million for the apartment at the very swanky 443 Greenwich in January, but evidently had a change of heart when he relisted it just a week later for $15 million. While the apartment is in contract, it’s not yet clear how much the four-bedroom spread sold for. [more]
