Andrew Ross Sorkin, you might not be surprised to learn, lives nothing like the characters on his hit Showtime show “Billions.” That being said, his digs aren’t too shabby.
Andrew Ross Sorkin and his wife Pilar Queen just sold their condo at 118 west 79th Street, an Emery Roth-designed tower on the Upper West Side, for $3.25 million, according to public records. And the sale affords us a look inside.
Sorkin and Queen’s seven-room apartment was divided into three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features 10-foot ceilings, an eat-in kitchen, a formal entry gallery, a separate dining room and an oversized living room with built-in bookshelves, according to the listing. Sarah Lederman and Evan Rosenberg were the buyers.
Sorkin, who is also the author of “Too Big to Fail,” bought a $3.4 million home on a sixth-floor unit at 161 West 86th Street, a prewar building that went co-op in 1980. in September, the Real Deal reported.
