Real estate love was in the air Wednesday night as the boutique investment-sales brokerage Prince Realty Advisors hosted a boozy Valentine’s Day bash in the Meatpacking District.
The company, which did $191 million worth of deals last year, hosted guests on the roof of Catch at 13th Street and Ninth Avenue.
Company founder David Ash said that the city’s transitioning sales market presents plenty of opportunities for passionate pros to woo potential partners.
Prince Realty, for example, is working on a brokering a $200 million construction loan, a new foray for the company into debt brokerage, Ash said.
Guests such as United American Land principal Albert Laboz and Daren Hornig of Hornig Capital Partners mixed and mingled throughout the evening. Other attendees included Can Tavsanoglu, director of acquisitions for XIN Development Group, Meringoff Properties president Jason Vacker and Ryan Nelson of MRP Properties.
