The proposed buildings will feature one- and two-bedroom condominiums, said Brookland co-founder Boaz Gilad.

Brookland has been a prolific developer of boutique condominium buildings in Brooklyn, focusing on Crown Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick. The firm specializes in 40-to-90-unit properties, and has raised money on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Last year, the developer ventured into Queens for the first time with plans for a pair of five-story apartment buildings in Ridgewood.
