There’s been a lot of chatter surrounding developer Larry Silverstein and designer Robert A.M. Stern’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at 30 Park Place. But what of the amenities? Well, wonder no more, because we finally have a look inside.

On the one hand, the amenities package is pretty much what you would expect at a new luxury condo project. There’s a children’s playroom, a screening room, a gym, a common area and a private dining room, according to Curbed.

On the other hand, there are the views and the perks of living above a hotel. The common room has two terraces with views of the World Trade Center and the Woolworth Building. The hotel has a pool and spa that can be accessed by residents via a private entrance. The materials are what really set it apart from other building pool: marble, travertine and European oak designed by Yabu Pushelberg.

Finally, there is a sculpture by glass artist Martin Blank in a courtyard between 30 Park Place and the low-rise structure that holds its mechanicals. The space is open to the public and will host events in the warmer months, according to Curbed.
