Film producer Jane Rosenthal and her ex-husband real estate investor Craig Hatkoff, have slashed the asking price of their Dakota apartment by $10 million, or 25 percent.
The former couple, who founded the Tribeca film festival with Robert DeNiro, first listed the apartment last March for $39 million.
The home is now back on the market, the New York Post reported, this time with Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane. The apartment was originally two separate units and now spans over 7,500 square feet. It features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 11-foot ceilings, according to the newspaper.
The Dakota is one the city’s most storied buildings, and people like Yoko Ono and Robert Flack live there. There’s been several notable price cuts at the building, including apartment 77, which has gone from $16.7 million in January of 2016 down to its current asking price of $10.2 million.
