Law firm Ballard Spahr inks 27K sf lease at Rudin’s 1675 Broadway

Litigator will take the entire 19th floor at Midtown building

Rudin Management signed law firm Ballard Spahr to 27,000 square feet at 1675 Broadway.

The Philadelphia-based law firm will take the entire 19th floor at the building as part of a 10-year lease, the New York Post reported. The asking rent in the deal was $75 per square foot, according to the newspaper. Ballard Spahr is currently based at SL Green Realty’s 919 Third Avenue.

Rudin [TRDataCustom], headed by Bill Rudin, has inked around 683,000 square feet of new leases, renewals and expansions at the 761,000-square-foot building in recent years, according to the Post. Big Four advertising agency Publicis Groupe has about 580,000 square feet at 1675 Broadway. In January, tax law firm Roberts & Holland took 27,000 square feet in the building. Last year, Bankrate leased around 25,000 square feet across the 22nd floor.
