The famed Manhattan condo building is filled with bankers, hedge funders, business tycoons, foreign billionaires and household names. The musician Sting owns, and is trying to part with, his duplex at the building for $56 million. Hedge-fund manager Daniel Loeb paid a record-breaking $45 million for his pad back in 2005, long before the building was completed. And Bob Diamond, the former CEO of Barclays, has just found a buyer for his penthouse, which was asking $59 million.
