Upscale restaurant chain Sant Ambroeus is taking its Milanese cuisine to Brookfield Place.
The eatery, which enjoys a celebrity following, plans to open a 7,000-square-foot restaurant at Brookfield Property Partners’ 200 Vesey Street, the New York Post reported. The restaurant will occupy two floors and feature a coffee shop and dining room, Fronting On West Street.
The restaurant is expected to open in the second quarter of 2018. The terms of the 15-year lease were not immediately available.
Celebrity fans of Sant Ambroeus include Hillary Duff, the Olsen twins and Tory Burch.
Brookfield was represented in-house by Michael Goldban and Mark Kostic. Sant Ambroeus was represented by RKF’s Spencer Levy.
