JLL’s new division JLL Spark will focus on real estate tech

This week, Chicago-based commercial real estate agency JLL announced that it would launch JLL Spark to develop real estate tech services. Mihir Shah and Yishai Lerner will serve as JLL Spark’s co-CEOs.
