At The Real Deal‘s seventh annual golf event, however, the objective was not a solo mission, but schmoozing of the highest order.
Over 200 real estate professionals put aside the Monday blues and made the trek over to Colonial Springs Golf Club in East Farmingdale. The first hour may have been spent indoors waiting for the rain to let up, but once that happened, it was an afternoon of competition and deal-making. Top brokers discussed how best to navigate the city’s evolving retail market, and lenders said they were very much looking to do business.
