Turns out selling Just Salad can earn you a lot of green! At least, enough to buy this townhouse, which the fast food chain’s co-founder, Nick Kenner, just picked up for $8.9 million.

The mansion was originally listed in April 2016 for $14.5 million, so Kenner and his wife, Ashley Stark, the heiress to the home furnishings company, Stark Carpet, got a bit of a bargain.

According to the listing, with Jed Garfield and Caylyn Sullivan of Leslie J. Garfield, the five-story home was built in 1888 and was once owned by the F.A.O. Schwarz family. The 5,700-square-foot space has nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, a south-facing garden and a terrace. We imagine Stark, who is the creative director of Stark Carpet, will work her magic on the place, which has beautiful bones but is a bit bare at the moment.

Kenner co-founded Just Salad in 2005 with his best friend, Rob Crespi.
