UPDATED, Aug. 29. 1:18 p.m.: Another apartment building is coming to Central Park North. Grid Group (the recently rebranded company formerly known as Einhorn Development Group) filed plans Thursday for a 13-story building at 145 West 110th Street.
The project, which sits between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and Malcolm X Boulevards, will span 55,634 square feet and include 36 apartments. Peter Gluck is the architect of record.
Grid, which frequently develops condominiums, bought the site of a church in 2013 for $16.5 million.
Earlier this year, Chelsea residents filed a lawsuit to block another Einhorn residential development at 124 West 16th Street, alleging that it may violate city codes.
