This Greenwich Village co-op comes with views — at least for one resident. The co-op is now suing an alleged Peeping Tom who was caught watching a 30-year-old neighbor through her bedroom window after she got out of the shower, according to court papers cited by the New York Post.

The co-op board of the Hamilton at 60 East 9th Street is coming after resident Eddie Wong for “sexually predatory behavior.” He is also facing “unlawful surveillance charges” in criminal court.

“When she looked at the window, [she] noticed that somebody was on the fire escape outside the window, peering in at her, and using a cellphone to videotape or photograph her as she was dressing,” according to a lawsuit filed by The Hamilton’s board.

Wong did not return the Post’s requests for comment.
