Law firm Arent Fox Is leaving its Financial District digs and will move into a 76,000-square-foot space at the Paramount Group’s 1301 Sixth Avenue.
The lease covers the 41st, 42nd and part of the 38th floor of the 45-story building, where asking rents are in the mid-$90s per square foot, according to the New York Post.
Arent Fox’s current home is at Rudin Management’s 1675 Broadway.
Last month, investment bank Leerink Partners signed a 40,811-square-foot lease at the tower and in January insurance giant Swiss Re took three floors.
Several other law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright, Chadbourne 7 Parke and Leerink Swan, call the building home.[NYP] — Konrad Putzier
