From LLNYC: Kanye West may have claimed last year to be $53 million in debt, but his manager, Izvor “Izzy” Zivkovic, seems to be doing all right. He just paid $4.7 million for an apartment at 250 West Street in Tribeca, per city records.
According to the listing, with Dana Power and Maxwell Nehrig of Town Residential, the 2,317-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms (plus a den) and two and a half bathrooms. The best feature of the apartment is probably its massive arched windows that overlook the Hudson River. Power did not immediately return a request for comment.

Zivkovic is married to British fashion designer Louise Goldin, though her name is not listed on the deed. Unlike his client, Zivkovic has kept fairly low profile, though he is a close friend of another fellow Croatian, tennis player Novak Djokovic.
West brought in a secondary manager, Scooter Braun, to help him in March 2016. We can definitely imagine managing West is a two-man job.
