Holly Lane, the street in Water Mill is for sale, and so is a gut-renovated home on it. The price of the street is holding steady at $2.5 million, but the house at 10 Holly Lane just got another price cut after two years on the market. Built in the 1990s, the 7,000-square-foot house with six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms is now listed at $9.5 million, after a $500,000 reduction.
