Cathy Graham paid $14.5 million to her ex-husband Stephen — the heir to the Washington Post fortune — for the Upper East Side townhouse they once shared.

The home at 18 East 78th Street spans 5,100 square feet and was built in 1901. The sale was recorded with the city on Monday.

The Grahams divorced in 2015, after 32 years of marriage. Along with the townhouse, the couple owned a $16 million estate in Nantucket, Mass., according to the New York Post.

Stephen is the son of Katharine Graham, the longtime publisher of the Washington Post. After eight decades of ownership, the Graham family sold the paper to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in 2013 for $250 million.

Neither Cathy nor Stephen could immediately be reached for comment.
