The UK real estate industry is feeling optimistic, relatively speaking.
When asked if they felt optimistic about the future of the real estate market in the country, 29 percent said an enthusiastic yes, according to The Telegraph. On this side of the ocean, that doesn’t seem reassuring, but, considering last year’s pre-Brexit survey had only 14 percent of respondents say they had high hopes for the future, this is a substantial improvement.
The law firm that carried out the survey also noted that the pessimists among real estate investors, developers and agents were down: last 63 percent of respondents self-identified as feeling pessimistic, while this year there is only 23 percent of the naysayers. After all, it’s really attitude that counts.
The one thing 70 percent of the group could agree on was that London was overpriced.
