A massive estate in Southampton that has been on the market since 2009 just had $3.5 million chopped off its asking price. Built in 2002, the 13,000-square-foot estate at 385 Great Plains Road has 10 bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms and is loaded with lavish details like 10 fireplaces, according to Curbed. It was originally on the market for $27 million in 2009. The asking price was raised to $30 million in 2011 but saw subsequent reductions, including a $3.5 million cut this week, which dropped the ask to $19 million. Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran Group Real Estate and Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing. [Curbed]
